6th European Quilt Triennial

I was unable to go to the opening of the 6th European Quilt Triennial in September, so yesterday the post brought the catalogue with my work in it.

I still am very amazed that mine was chosen, and especially on seeing that most of the work had such an abstract or modern art look to it.
So, it gives me even more of a feeling of honour to have been chosen.

I hope I will get to see all the work in person before it goes to the Festival of Quilts next year. As I said to the curator, I know what work looks like in the Festival of Quilts, but I don't know what it looks like in a textile museum.
Perhaps when it goes to the textile museum in Switzerland?
