Cable Chain Stitch
I have done this stitch before on fabric. Somehow it was very hard to keep the tension right doing it on paper. But I got there in the end!

Your cable chain stitch looks so awesome! Really like chain. My luck with complicated embroidery stitches is sort of mixed- as you say the tension is tricky, and i've ever even tried on paper. So cool!
