Inspiration Tuesday

I have this lovely blue bush in my garden. The flowers are very small but all added together they sing the song of blue. I love it! (I do know the name, but I have forgotten it at the moment!)

I took some close up photos, but as it is a bit high, I mainly stuck the camera up close and took the photo, hoping for the best.

Wonderful! I knew they start off with little buds that look like roses, but didn't realise how interestingly they were formed when they opened. (I have to wear different glasses for close. I will have to put them on and go have a better look!)

And I even got a busy little spider at work.

Wouldn't those petal shapes be fun to play with for design?
